By using rakly you agree to these terms. The product analyzes tennis strokes from phone video and delivers coaching reports.
Service
rakly provides AI-assisted stroke feedback. It does not replace a licensed coach, medical advice, or guaranteed performance outcomes. Estimates come from single-camera analysis and can be wrong.
Accounts & tokens
- One free trial analysis may apply subject to abuse limits.
- Additional analyses use tokens purchased via Stripe (USD) or Webpay (CLP in Chile).
- Tokens are non-transferable; unused tokens remain on the account email.
Acceptable use
Upload only videos you have the right to use. Do not abuse free trials, scrape the API, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Payments
International purchases are processed by Stripe. Chilean purchases may use Webpay/Transbank. Refunds follow the payment provider’s rules and our support review.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, rakly is provided “as is”. We are not liable for training injuries, lost matches, or decisions made based on the report.
