rakly processes tennis videos to generate coaching reports. We do not sell your footage.
What we collect
- Email for account, auth, and delivery of reports.
- Uploaded videos and derived analysis artifacts (poses, frames, report HTML).
- Payment metadata via Stripe (international) or Webpay (Chile) — card data stays with the processor.
How we use it
To run analysis, show your dashboard history, improve detection quality, prevent abuse, and send service emails.
Retention
Videos and reports are kept to operate the product and your history. You can request deletion by contacting us.
Where we operate
rakly is based in Puerto Varas, Chile. The English product serves players internationally; legal entity remains Chilean.
